Group Study – Coaching Program

If you prefer to learn in a group coaching environment and be held accountable, then this is the option for you! We offer coaching for three college level courses, Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Principles and California Real Estate Law in our office. This course includes weekly coaching and sales training sessions; you can expect to apply for your state exam in just over three months! We add on the California State practice quizzes and 1 day Live prep course so you can review the materials just prior to taking the state exam.

Fast Track – Online Program

If you enjoy studying at your own pace and prefer to take the college level courses at home, this is the option for you! This e-learning program includes online books, but if you prefer physical books in addition you can purchase them for $25 each. Engaging interactive format! We add on the California State practice quizzes and 1 day Live prep course so you can review the materials just prior to taking the state exam.

1 Day Prep Course & Online Practice Quizzes

If you have already taken the three college level courses and passed and you only need to prepare for the state exam, we suggest this option. Our instructor will review the most important topics typically found on the State Exam. This full day review will help you pass the test the first time. Call for a current schedule 858-329-0999. Continuing Education

45-Hour License Renewal Package

This 45-Hour Package includes the following courses:


  • Real Estate Contracts (12 Hours)

Courses are delivered via digital document download (PDF). Physical textbooks may be ordered as a back-up to the PDFs for an additional $10 (+ $12 shipping). Minimum time of completion is six (6) calendar days from the date of enrollment. You must first wait three (3) days before accessing ANY final exam. After that, DRE Regulations limit final examination completion to a maximum of 15 credit hours during any one 24 hour period. To obtain a real estate broker license, you must first qualify for and pass a written examination with the DRE. Take a look below at the requirements below:

Age: To apply for a license, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Residence: License applicants must provide Proof of Legal Presence in the U.S. If not a California resident, see Out-of-State Applicants.
Education and/or Experience: Effective January 1, 2013, broker applicants must have a minimum of two years full-time salesperson’s experience within the last five years or a four-year degree from an accredited college or university that includes a major or minor in real estate – One or the other. Applicants for a real estate broker license examination must have successfully completed the following eight statutorily required college-level courses

** If applicant completes both Accounting and Economics, only two courses from second group are required

Refund Policy:

If for any reason you decide to cancel your enrollment, we will issue a refund (less a $25 registration fee and shipping & handling) if cancellation occurs by midnight of the 30th business day after the date of enrollment. No refund will be issued after the above mentioned time period. If you paid by credit card, your account will be credited within 30 days. All textbooks, if ordered, must be returned to the school, in good and usable condition*, within 10 days of the date of cancellation. If you do not return the material supplied by the school within this 10-day period, the school may keep an amount out of what you paid that equals the price of the textbooks for the course. The school will refund any amount over that as provided above.

*Good and usable condition means that the textbook is unmarked and undamaged by shipping. It shall be the student’s responsibility to package and ship the course material in such a manner as to assure compliance.
