Training Magazine Names Keller Williams No. 1 Training Organization – Again

Keller Williams Realty, Inc., recaptured the No. 1 spot (up from No. 2 spot from last year) on the 2017 Training Top 125 and earned induction into the Training Top 10 Hall of Fame in 2018 after ranking in the Top 10 for four consecutive years. Four companies landed Top 5 spots for the first time: New York Community Bancorp, Inc., at No. 2; Leading Real Estate Companies of the World at No. 3; BNSF Railway at No. 4; and Sonic Automotive, Inc., at No. 5. Some 23 new companies broke into the Top 125 this year.

Keller Williams is often described as a training and coaching company cleverly disguised as a real estate franchise. To ensure that the most effective models and systems are included in training materials, Keller Williams constantly renews its training programs.

The revised Ignite course has resulted in new agents closing 91 percent more units and a 79 percent boost in their Career Growth Initiative (CGI).

Last year Keller Williams University launched the KWUConnect. Through this revolutionary training platform, KW associates are able to crowdsource answers to their most pressing business questions. KWUConnect is a leap forward that brings it’s culture of sharing and learning online. Keller Williams is not only an open-books company but also an open-learning company.

“Training is the driving force behind all our associates’ success,” said Mark Kunce, Career Launch Coach and Director of Keller Williams San Diego Metro Real Estate School. “If you want to turn your real estate career into highly successful one, you must learn the fundamental models that drive the best real estate agents in the industry. In Real Estate, selling a home with foundation problems can be challenging. So is your real estate career. Get trained. Learn proven models. Build your foundation. Keep learning and apply your creativity. Your career should be a series of new discoveries. Don’t ever stop learning.”
