Maximum Time to Complete: The MAXIMUM time allowed for completion of the course(s) is one year from the date of enrollment. If you do not complete all of the courses in your package within one year, re-enrollment for another year would be required at the full course fee to continue.
Extension Policy: Should you not be able to complete this course within one (1) year of the date of enrollment, (for any reason, no exceptions), you may extend your enrollment for a period of three (3) months for $25.00 or one year for the full course fee. If you extend for three months, you have three months from the original expiration date of your course(s). If you extend for one year, you have one year from the date of re-enrollment.
Course Completion: Completion of a course includes taking and passing the course final examination. The final examination must be taken no later than the last day of the course enrollment period.

In Fiscal Year 2015–16, there were 42,416 exams administered, but only 21,693 licenses issued, according to The California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) examination statistics. It’s not so easy.
California has no agreements with other States to waive its licensing requirements for someone already licensed in another state. But if you have a real estate salesperson’s or broker’s license in another state, you may have already completed some equivalent courses that fulfill your California Real Estate Licencing requirements. The group study is a weekly study group where we cover 3 to 4 chapters from one of the courses (Principles, Practice, and Law) we go completely through a course then start the next course. There is a power point presentation we go through and time for questions and answers. The quizzes and tests for each course are completed online.
You can start anytime! The Group Study Course meets every Wednesday night and you can start anytime as we just keep rotating through the materials. You can jump in and pick it up at anytime.
