Keller Williams Arlington Texas Market Center and Ballantyne (Charlotte) North Carolina Market center have seen record-setting results, as a result of bringing the Career Growth Initiative Tools to their agents.
The Arlington, Texas-based market center initially had only 60 agents, but today, it’s grown to 550 agents, was recognized for achieving a record 1061 percent increase in transaction sides, growing from 638 in 2011 to 7,409 in 2015. The statistics also show that the market center’s rookie of the year for the past seven years averaged $170,000 their first year in real estate, and the 2014 rookie of the year actually earned $272,000.
The Ballantyne Area Market Center ranked No. 1 market center out of more than 700 market centers nationwide. It generated a record-breaking $2.7 million in 2015, of which $1.3 million was profit-shared with its agent base. The agents’ gross commission income has increased by almost 30% over the past year.
